About The Position
The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by experienced early childhood professionals. Their vision is to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. They are seeking a School Director who values Early Childhood Education and recognizes teachers as professional educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred, preferably in a large school.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education required.
- Willingness to obtain Director Credential.

- Ensure teachers can deliver envisioned experiences with provided classroom budgets.
- Focus on the quality of programs and children, families, and staff.
- Participate in Director Retreats for training.
