About The Position

The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by experienced early childhood professionals. Their vision is to raise kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. They are seeking a School Assistant Director who values Early Childhood Education and views teachers as Professional Educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. The Nest Schools actively strives to be a "Best Workplace" through programs focused on wellness, innovation, kindness, and fun, including the Nest Eggs Reward & Recognition Program, Mentor Programs, Funday Mondays, and Nest University, which offers training and certificate programs for career advancement in Early Childhood Education.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience preferred, preferably in a large school.
• Early Childhood Education background preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Director Credential.
