This role involves managing the daily operations of a childcare school, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies. You will perform administrative duties, conduct tours for prospective families, maintain records, and ensure smooth operations. A key part of the role is partnering with families to provide the best care and education for their children, and supporting teachers in implementing the curriculum to create developmentally appropriate classrooms. You will also nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community. The position may require working in the classroom when needed to assist and support staff.
