About The Position

We are seeking a CHILDCARE AIDE to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the Toddler classrooms. This role involves inspiring, encouraging, and celebrating a child's love of learning every day. Educators will work in beautifully equipped classrooms with support and encouragement from knowledgeable staff, helping to shape the leaders of tomorrow. Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
Must have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
Must be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
Must enjoy working with children.
Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
Must be able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
Must have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
Must have the ability to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
