About The Position

New Horizon Academy is seeking a Childcare Aide to join their team in the Infant classrooms. The role involves inspiring, encouraging, and celebrating a child's love of learning every day. As an educator, you will work in beautifully equipped classrooms with support from knowledgeable staff, helping to shape the leaders of tomorrow. New Horizon Academy has been a leader in early care and education for over fifty years, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and advocating for additional childhood resources. The work is considered essential due to the critical importance of a child's first five years for social and emotional brain development.

Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
Must have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
Must be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
Must enjoy working with children.
Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
Must be able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
