About The Position
At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are looking for a friendly classroom aide to join our wonderful team. We are seeking passionate, qualified teachers who want to grow in their careers while making a lasting difference for children and families. This role is ideal for individuals who see teaching young children as more than a job and are dedicated to shaping the future.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
- EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
- Experience teaching young children
- A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
- Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in classroom activities.
- Assist with the care and supervision of young children.
- Help maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities.
- Support children's growth and development.
