Sagamok Anishnawbek is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child and Youth Resiliency Worker (Child in Care Worker) to support children and youth in temporary or long-term care. The Child and Youth Resiliency Worker provides direct care, emotional support, and case management services focused on the safety, well-being, development, and resilience of children and youth. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, social workers, and community supports to ensure children remain connected to family, culture, and community while receiving high-quality, culturally grounded care. This role is guided by the philosophy and standards of Family and Community Support Services (FCSS), First Nation values, and applicable provincial child welfare legislation and standards.
