This position is located in Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED AND One (1) year of job-related experience in a social services related position.

- Prior experience working in a child welfare related field.
Responsibilities
- Completes intakes based on interviews with client, family or reporter.
- Maintains contact with other social service agencies, health care providers, etc. involved with clients to provide information an obtain updates on client’s progress.
- Conducts screenings and/or searches for case history, relatives, etc.
- Assists clients in locating and utilizing community resources, such as legal, medical, financial assistance, etc.
- Organizes records, uploads data & documents into records, pulls reports, compiles data, etc.
