Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for its national Child Welfare practice. This role involves leading high-impact engagements focused on child welfare system modernization, CCWIS compliance and implementation, program transformation, and stakeholder alignment. The Senior Manager will act as a trusted advisor to state child welfare directors and agency leadership, helping them navigate federal mandates and design people-centered, technology-enabled solutions to improve outcomes for children and families. The practice is at the forefront of modernizing child welfare systems, and this role will contribute to business development, solution design, and delivery excellence. The Senior Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and delivering transformation solutions that integrate policy expertise, operational know-how, and emerging technology. They will work closely with agencies on federal requirements like CCWIS regulations and ACF policy bulletins, driving program redesign with a focus on child safety and family stability. Key responsibilities include guiding CCWIS planning, procurement, and implementation; leading system modernization initiatives; designing stakeholder engagement strategies; developing points of view on child welfare policy and technology; contributing to thought leadership and practice growth; and mentoring consultants.
