About The Position
This role involves providing care and support to children with special needs. The caregiver will assist with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and provide companionship and emotional support. The position also requires assisting with mobility and daily living activities, and documenting client care. The hours for this position are Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and daily living activities
- Document client care as needed
