We are seeking a Child Psychologist to provide mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with only one on-site day per week. Bilingual candidates are required.
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active New York State Psychology License
- Must be residing in the tri-state area
- Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
- Must have an active Medicaid
- Bilingual in Spanish (mandatory)
- Proficiency in child psychological assessments and evidence-based therapies
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessment and therapy to children aged 6 or above
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Maintain active Medicaid provider status
- Collaborate with team members
- Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
