About The Position

The organization is seeking a Child Psychiatrist to join its group in Walnut Creek, California, on a full-time basis. The practice uses an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight-related concerns in children, teenagers, and adults. Its multimodal approach aims to identify underlying factors that may not be uncovered through traditional psychiatry, considering biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences in the context of each patient's life. The position offers regular weekday office hours, a pleasant work environment, limited after-hours calls, and an exclusively outpatient practice. Telehealth may be considered for physicians able to work onsite at least a few days each week. Compensation includes a base salary of $250,000 or more plus a production bonus; the posting states total potential compensation of $306,000 under a 50/50 split at 30 patient hours per week, with four weeks off annually. Requirements
