We’re looking for a visionary and supportive Child Protective Service Supervisor to guide a team of dedicated workers in the mission of family preservation and child safety. In this vital leadership role, you will move beyond individual casework to oversee clinical decisions, mentor staff, and ensure that every child in your unit receives the highest standard of protection and care. This position is for the supervision of ongoing CPS cases. May also assist co-supervisor with screening services. Performs related work as required. Mandatory overtime may be required for this position. Applicants must possess a valid WV driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Applicants also must have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and maintain detailed case records and extensive documentation. Overtime hours and frequent travel may be required. Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
