About The Position

We are hiring a Child Protection Case Manager to conduct standardized wellness visits and sponsor interviews across the United States. This is a field-based role that requires extensive domestic travel and the ability to work independently with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail in sensitive situations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills who can work in emotionally sensitive situations
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable with significant nationwide travel (candidates should expect frequent assignments and may travel up to 40–49 weeks per year depending on operational needs)
  • Willing to complete required employment and background screening processes
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable federal program requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Law enforcement, military service, social work, Child Protective Services (CPS), child welfare programs, investigative services, victim advocacy, community safety programs, or case management
  • Experience working with children, families, or other vulnerable populations
  • Prior investigative or field-based experience
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct child wellness checks and sponsor interviews in accordance with established protocols
  • Verify addresses and residency information during field visits
  • Gather information, document findings, and complete detailed reports
  • Identify and report concerns related to abuse, neglect, trafficking, or other safety risks
  • Support investigations involving vulnerable children and families and coordinate with investigators as needed
  • Engage local authorities or emergency services when immediate safety concerns arise
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Travel extensively across the United States as assigned and work independently in a dynamic field environment
