About The Position

As a Child Protection Case Manager, you will travel throughout the United States conducting standardized wellness visits, gathering information, documenting findings, and supporting efforts to ensure child safety and compliance with established protocols. This is a field-based role requiring extensive domestic travel and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail in sensitive situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior investigative or field-based experience.
• Background in public safety, military, social services, or case management.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but are not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct child wellness checks and sponsor interviews.
• Verify addresses and residency information.
• Complete detailed reports and documentation.
• Identify and report concerns related to abuse, neglect, trafficking, or other safety risks.
• Follow established protocols and quality standards.
• Support investigations involving vulnerable children and families.
• Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when immediate safety concerns are identified.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Travel extensively across the United States as assigned.
