About The Position

The Health Federation of Philadelphia (HFP) was awarded a five -year Regional Partnership Grant (RPG) from the Children’s Bureau in 2022 to lead a cross-sector collaboration in Philadelphia and Bucks counties. As part of this grant, the Health Federation of Philadelphia Young Child and Parent Project (YCPP) provides evidence-based interventions, cross-systems collaboration, and training in two counties of Pennsylvania with severe substance use and child welfare challenges.
