This position's responsibilities are to set up for and to serve meals, and to clean up serving and kitchen areas. The role involves assisting in food preparation, setting up serving carts and warming ovens, filling condiment containers, and serving meals to students and staff. It also includes cleaning and maintaining serving and kitchen areas, storing equipment, and cleaning various kitchen appliances and storage spaces. Other functions may include moving into a serving cook position, assisting with ordering food and supplies, collecting and laundering kitchen linen, performing cashier duties, serving on district committees, and performing related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
