We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Child Interventionists/ABA Behavior Technicians who share our enthusiasm for empowering young children affected by autism. Our work goes beyond routine employment - it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where you feel valued, appreciated, and empowered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine love for working with children
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families
Nice To Haves
- Opportunity to become an RBT or BCBA
Responsibilities
- Working directly with children
- Using Play-Based activities to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and social interaction
- Guiding these children toward growth and development
