Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans. The position offers part-time flexibility with schedules typically ranging from 9 to 15 hours per week, with available shifts including 3, 4, or 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with 3-hour shifts between 3 PM and 7:00 PM, or specific 3-day schedules with 3-hour shifts between 4 PM and 7:30 PM. There is also an option for 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with 6 to 7-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, requiring completion of the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certification.
