About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans. This is a fulfilling part-time role with flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for children: A genuine love for working with children.
  • Positive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
  • Continuous Learning: Interest in ongoing development.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with children is advantageous.
