About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans. The position offers part-time flexibility, with most schedules being 9 to 15 hours per week, available in 3, 4, or 5 day shifts, Monday through Friday, with 3-hour shifts. Candidates must have completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or be RBT certified.

Requirements

• Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Interest in ongoing development.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with children is advantageous.
