About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans. The position offers part-time flexibility with competitive compensation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine love for working with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with children is advantageous.
• Interest in ongoing development.
• Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified (for specific shifts).
