Requirements

Hold a valid and current license in the State of California (PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) OR a valid and current BBS registration (AMFT or APCC only) and have completed a minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours.
Demonstrated experience working with children (as young as 5 y.o), adolescents, and families in a clinical setting, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients, fostering engagement in the psychotherapy process.
Effective and professional communication skills when collaborating with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and external agencies to support a holistic approach to treatment.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of clinical practice, including timely and accurate documentation.
Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Consistent participation in clinical supervision and/or consultation groups.
Proficiency with modern technology, including Zoom, smartphones, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Dedicated to ongoing professional development, staying current with emerging research and therapeutic approaches.
