Take advantage of what Trillium has to offer: Residential Program at our Portland Metro location Residential treatment provides 24/7 care and intensive therapy to address mental health needs. It offers three levels of care -- Psychiatric Residential, Subacute, and Secure Adolescent Inpatient. Residential therapists get to work with acute behaviors and diagnoses in a supportive and teaching environment, similar to working at a teaching hospital.
Requirements
- Completion of master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or another field.
- Eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist.
- Experienced at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential or day treatment setting providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

- Previous work experience with children and/or adolescence preferred.
