Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree required plus 1 year experience
Lived experience plus 5+ years working with children and families
Experience working with children and families with significant mental health or behavioral challenges
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

Provide individualized and flexible services to youth and families with multiple needs
Deliver interventions designed to maximize skills and strengths
Support families through structured, strength-based therapeutic relationships
Assist with implementing individualized plans developed by families and providers
Engage youth and families to reduce child protective concerns and encourage resiliency
Participate in clinical services and assessments to support emotional and behavioral needs
