SOUND Behavioral Health is growing and hiring a Child and Family Services (CFS) Clinician in Auburn, WA. The CFS Clinician works with a variety of clients with behavioral health disorders, assisting them in becoming as healthy and engaged as possible in the community, using recovery language and principles. The position is responsible for providing assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to child, adolescent, and adult family members presenting with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring disorders. Delivery of therapeutic services in the office, school, and community will be emphasized, including ongoing consultation and collaboration with collateral agencies (schools, agencies, caseworkers, etc.). The team member will be required to work with the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), education (school), inpatient facilities, mental health residential facilities, and other systems of care in developing holistic, strength-based, recovery-oriented therapeutic plans to maintain children and adolescents with significant mental health problems in the community.
