The Child Development Manager will facilitate cohesiveness and structure among regions, establish lines of communication and protocols with respect to Program Area Services, and revise Program Service Areas. This role involves developing systematic approaches to reporting, tracking, and monitoring program services, maintaining best practices across regions, and developing comprehensive workplans for Infant/Toddler and Pre-School services. The manager will also design and implement a Child Development Program including a School Readiness Plan, manage purchases of classroom supplies and equipment, and ensure that lesson plans and classroom environments meet the individualized needs of children. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with Early Intervention personnel, attending meetings, and performing other assigned duties.
