About The Position
A family in Lampasas, TX is seeking a regular, long-term caregiver to help care for their 12-year-old son. The family is looking for a dependable and nurturing individual to assist with daily care and support. The home is smoke-free and has 2 dogs.
Requirements
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check

- Prior experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Help as a tutor and be mentally engaging
- Willing to do feeding both orally and through G-tube
- Help him with at-home therapy homework, such as practicing use of talking device
- Transport child to and from appointments as needed in a family vehicle (driving would be very rare, if at all)
- Provide support to nurse as needed
