About The Position

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) leads the club's KidCare program and builds and develops a high-performing child care team. The role ensures that children receive safe, fun, age-appropriate care in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment, giving parents confidence while they work out. The Team Lead coaches staff, maintains safety standards, creates a positive experience for families, and supports a welcoming environment members trust.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading or supporting teams in childcare, education, youth programs, or related environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a people-focused environment.
• Experience working with children in a structured, safety-focused setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, engaging leadership style and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a reliable, high-performing KidCare team.
• Coach team members and support their development.
• Provide a consistently safe, clean, and engaging child care experience.
• Maintain compliance with required background checks, safety scans, and child care regulations.
• Ensure KidCare playbooks, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
• Create age-appropriate programming that keeps children engaged and excited to return.
• Provide families with a trusted, welcoming environment.
