About The Position
Provides care for children in assigned groups, emphasizing each child’s individual needs within the developmental framework of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Follows developmentally appropriate practice.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in child development, CDA Certification, or Early Childhood Development credit hours through higher education.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a childcare setting.
- American Heart Association Heartsaver (HRTSVR) First Aid CPR AED required.
- Expert interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work and plan with caregivers in a team setting.
- Must be 21 years old per licensing requirements.
