About The Position
We’re looking for a caring and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our team! In this role, you’ll help support young children’s growth by creating a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You'll plan hands-on activities, provide daily care, and partner with families to help children reach important milestones. If you’re passionate about early childhood education and want to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or home-based childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development
- Patient, nurturing, and creative personality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate games, lessons, and activities
- Develop and follow daily and weekly classroom schedules
- Provide nurturing care and support basic caregiving routines
- Observe and assess each child’s development and milestones
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
