About The Position
We are hiring three Child Care Teachers for a child development center in Richmond, VA. You will teach and care for children from six weeks to six years old as part of a friendly teaching team.
Requirements
- 2 years of child care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Early childhood education coursework or a related degree, or equal experience
Nice To Haves
- Infant and toddler experience
- Reggio Emilia experience
- CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate lessons
- Keep children safe and the classroom clean
- Track each child's progress and share updates with parents
- Guide teacher aides and volunteers in your classroom
