About The Position

Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Teacher to join their team. This role involves creating hands-on activities, maintaining open communication with parents, and ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, including pursuing a CDA or college degree at no cost. The role requires in-person work at their Lakewood, Golden, or Westminster locations.

Requirements

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
• Must be Level 2 PDIS

Nice To Haves

• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
