About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in fraud investigation, compliance, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of investigative techniques, evidence collection, and interviewing methods.
• Familiarity with child care assistance programs and relevant federal and state regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Meticulously analyze complex information and identify inconsistencies that may indicate fraudulent activity.
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills are essential for obtaining accurate information from various parties while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity.
• Analytical skills are used daily to evaluate documentation and financial records to build a clear picture of each case.
