About The Position

Join our Bright Horizons family as a Receptionist, where your strong communication skills and welcome presence will have a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and staff. As the first point of contact for our center or school, you will play a critical role in creating a positive, professional, and safe environment for everyone who enters our doors. In this role, you will manage front desk communications, support administrative operations, and help ensure the safety and supervision of children, all while building strong relationships with families and coworkers. You will do rewarding work and be greeted each day by smiling faces and meaningful connections.

Requirements

  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Must meet all applicable federal and state requirements, which may include TB testing, physical exam, and OSHA training

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome families and visitors while managing incoming phone calls and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
  • Track student attendance and ensure all files are current, confidential, and secure
  • Provide support where needed throughout the center
