About The Position
Child Care Team Member – Before & After School Program Pay: Starting at $20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15–25 hours per week Status: Part-Time No Nights No Weekends No Major Holidays Make a Difference Every Day Are you passionate about working with children and making a lasting impact? Requirements
- 12 units in Child Development or a related field such as Education, Psychology, Sociology, Art, Music, Theater, or Physical Education
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children
- DOJ fingerprint and background clearance
- TB test and health screening

- Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage elementary-aged students in a safe and supportive environment
- Lead hands-on STEAM activities, games, crafts, sports, and enrichment experiences
- Foster positive friendships and social-emotional growth
- Support homework completion and positive behavior development
- Create fun, engaging experiences that children look forward to each day
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Serve as a mentor and positive role model for young learners
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
