Requirements
- Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience working with school age children (minimum).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in child-related field (preferred).
- School-age care experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the wellbeing and security of all enrolled children.
- Implementing behavior intervention strategies and creating an inclusive environment.
- Training and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
- Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality programming standards.
- Building strong relationships with families and maintaining excellent communication.
