Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed
Responsibilities
- Lead classroom activities and lessons when the regular teacher is absent
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Follow classroom curriculum and lesson plans
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an exceptional experience for every child
