Child Care Director
About The Position
The Child Care Director will be responsible for opening and operating a new day care business within Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness. This role involves the initial set-up, licensing process, managing enrollments, and overseeing the daily hands-on operations of the daycare center. The Director will ensure a safe and educational environment for young children, hire and manage teaching staff, develop curricula in coordination with teachers, communicate with parents, and uphold the center's mission, license, and reputation. This is an opportunity to build a successful child care business within the Healthtrax facility.
Requirements
- Experience opening and operating a new day care business
