Requirements

At least 19 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
Must maintain a good DMV record and supply Director with a copy of DMV record annually
Demonstrated experience working with children, child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
Must read, follow, and enforce the Policy and Procedure Manual
At least six months working in a licensed childcare facility

Nice To Haves

Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred

Responsibilities

Follow local and state guidelines for transportation safety
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly bus inspections and report maintenance concerts to leadership
Follow the schedule assigned for pick-up and drop-off of elementary-aged children to local schools and during summer field trips
Remain in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicle rules and regulations
Support the center Director as needed in classrooms or with other delegated tasks
