This employee is responsible for the supervision and care of children/babies in a small childcare setting. The role involves assisting children and babies with daily tasks, organizing and initiating playtime activities, and monitoring and controlling their behavior. Additionally, the associate is responsible for organizing, storing, and sanitizing all play equipment daily, as well as cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom, windows, desks, chair swings, cribs, and washing linens and pillows. The position requires enthusiasm, constant alertness, patience, energy, and the ability to interact with various age groups of children and communicate effectively with parents/members, co-workers, and management.
