About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a dynamic and driven Child Care Center Assistant Director with daycare or preschool enrollment experience to support center operations, lead our team, and help drive growth. We are looking for someone to lead with passion to inspire staff, children, and families every day. This role ensures full compliance with all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards. The Assistant Director will recruit, coach, and engage educators to foster a high-performing, collaborative team, and support teachers in successfully implementing our proprietary curriculum in fun and creative ways. Responsibilities also include conducting engaging tours, hosting community events, and actively driving student enrollment and family retention, proudly showcasing TLE as the place "Where Happy Happens Here!"

Requirements

Prior marketing and childcare experience
At least 1 year of childcare center leadership or management experience
1 year of teaching experience
Director/Administrative credential (per state licensing requirements)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
