Requirements

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field required
2+ years of child care or teaching experience preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with children and families
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Ability to work within regular operating hours
Must meet state criteria for child care employment

Responsibilities

Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.
Assisting the Center Director with adherence to child care licensing requirements as well as internal policies of the company.
Handling administrative duties within the center office.
Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence.
Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
