Child Care Advisor Lead

About The Position

Provide quality customer service to Child Care clients and co workers. Serve as a support for the Child Care Supervisors. Participate in the training and development of the Child Care Advisors. Act as a peer support to Child Care Advisors. Manage cases for other employees and employees relatives. Complete reports (Early Term). Resolve client concerns (face to face, phone or email). Complete referred customer contacts and provide a update. Participate in the facilitation of all staff meetings. May serve as the Appeals. Accept and coordinate referrals for child care from authorized referral sources. Provide informational support/instruction to parents as needed. Refer suspected fraud or misuse to the Child Care Services. Participate in outreach initiatives. Complete Company Academy trainings, as assigned. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and/or two years full-time experience in child development, child care licensing, or social service work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
  • Use of personal vehicle may be required, if so, must have a current valid Drivers License with Good Driving Record and valid auto insurance
