Daily responsibilities for Administrative Assistants: People Leadership Manages team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards; Daily management of classroom ratios and classroom coverage. Builds and communicates center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact and labor is effectively managed to budget. Manage daily center operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance. Maintain student enrollment, waitlists, and accurate records (immunizations, health forms, incident reports, attendance). Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing regulations. Manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to parent inquiries. Order and track supplies and inventory for classrooms and office needs. Coordinate inspections, fire drills, health and safety audits, and licensing visits. Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day. Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote enrollment and community engagement. Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective families. Conduct outreach events and presentations to showcase our educational programs. Collaborate with the leadership team to create promotional materials and content. Customer Focus Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features/points of difference with our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc. Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress Executes “parent pleasers” Execution of our Show and Tell Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are full compliance with local and state licensing regulations Responsible for accident/incident reporting Medication management Conducts monthly emergency safety drills Manages new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations
