As a Discovery Point Child Care Center floater/ administrative assistant, you will provide children with a safe learning environment and a quality education program. In the director's, assistant director's or owner's absence, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the child development center, which includes recruiting and managing staff, establishing and meeting enrollment and revenue objectives, providing ongoing communication with parents, and managing the center's costs.
