Requirements
- Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
- 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
- Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
- Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
- Understand patient and family needs.
- Support patient engagement in treatment.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as their caregivers.
