Requirements

Independently licensed in any state (licensure sponsorship available for PA, VA, or NJ).
Ability to schedule a minimum of 17 direct care hours during core hours (Weekdays after 3:00 PM ET, Evenings, Weekends).
Commitment of 30 hours per week total (25 direct care, 5 administrative).
