About The Position

Blackbird Health is seeking dedicated clinicians to join their Media, PA team to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as their caregivers. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy, building meaningful relationships with patients and families, and supporting their engagement in treatment. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team, empowered to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, evidence-based care. Multiple employment tracks are available, including 1099 Contractor and W2 Part-Time or Full-Time positions, allowing you to select your license type and preferred arrangement.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW
1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
Passion for family-centered, high-touch care

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Understand patient and family needs.
Support patient and family engagement in treatment.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team.
Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as their caregivers.
