Part Time Remote Pediatric Therapist PA License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
About The Position
Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join their team remotely in Pennsylvania. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and making a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. The position is part-time, W-2 employment, offering a predictable base salary with the ability to earn more by taking on additional clients. It features a remote model with flexible scheduling, a collaborative, mission-driven team, and the opportunity to make a real difference through integrated care.
Requirements
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
- One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients.
- One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends.
- Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms).

Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
- Invest in patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other specialty providers.
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
